Hi! I am Farhan. I  would like to ask how can I request for Certificate of Tax Exemption to the BIR for my scholarship application. My father is deceased and my mother is working as a part-time housekeeper. She have not file any tax returns because she no longer need to. Badly needed since the deadline for submission is within next week (January 10-14). I appreciate your assistance and am looking forward to your prompt response. Thank you and more power!

We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.
