Hi! I would like to request for CAR sometime Aug. 2000 and believe to be dated Aug. 7, 2000. 
The estate tax was fully paid July, 2000 . BIR Form 1801 Tax Payer Name:  Guillermo Enriquez TIN 170-323-422 for decedent Suferido Roldan, died August 29, 1994 and Constancia U. Roldan, died Dec. 21, 1999 both from Kalibo, Aklan.

Dear Ms. Cumpas:

I refer to my letter of Nov 09, 2023 01:04:02 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for CAR.

In reply, you may file a Letter Request  to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of residence of the decedent at the time of death, together with the following documentary requirements:

1. Special Power of Attorney (SPA) from the immediate family members of the deceased spouses;
2. Proof of Payment of the Estate Tax (if applicable); and
3. Identification Cards (I.Ds) of the Principal and the Authorized Representative.

Your request will be endorse to the RDO where the said transaction was filed and paid. 

For other concern, email sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email ticket number #BIR-225345551635, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 02, 2024 12:48:51 AM, your request will be closed.
