Dear Paolo Gajasan,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 11, 2021 07:00:58 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You requested for a copy of your ITR 2316 for the period November 2010 to January 2013, and from January 2018 to December 2019.

Response to your request:

After careful consideration, we resolve to grant your requested information for the period 2018.  A copy of your 2307 Certificate was sent via email.

However, based on the reason stated below, we resolve to partially grant your request as to the following information:   

•	Copy of your ITR 2316 for the period November 2010 to January 2013.
This Office does not have the information you have requested (ITR 2316) since it was only starting 2015 when the employers were required to furnish the BIR with scanned copies of BIR Form No. 2316.  Your employer was not required to submit copies of 2316 certificates during the period requested. 

However, we resolve to grant your request but only up to the compensation and withholding tax information found in the Alphalist of Employees filed by your employer for the period November 2010 to January 2013.  A certification was made on the information gathered for your purpose, a scanned copy of which was sent thru email.

•	Copy of ITR 2316 for the year 2019
We regret to inform you that your requested information for the year 2019 is not found in the records submitted by your employer to us.  However, your compensation and withholding tax information was found in the Alphalist of Employees filed by your employer.  A certification was made on the information gathered for your purpose and was included in the certification made.
