Thank you for your request dated Jan 16, 2023 10:58:24 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Certified True Copy (CTC) of BIR Form No. 2316.

Response to Request

If you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316 for the year 2021, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of your Employer.

Kindly bring the original return and a photocopy of your Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316. You may also request a Certification of the Transmittal from your employer that you are included in the “Annex F” received by the RDO.

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.

On your other request for a CTC of your BIR Form No. 2316 for the Taxable Year 2022, the aforesaid BIR Certificate will be issued to you on or before January 31, 2023 and will be submitted by your Employer to the RDO on or before February 28, 2023.
