I refer to my letter of Jul 27, 2022 06:57:02 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or BIR Form 2316.
We been calling your cellphone number several times this morning but it was unsuccessful, we would like to clarify the Year of your Employment with Savant Technologies Inc. and Can you send us proof of your employment with them like company ID and etc. Kindly email the needed information/document at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph indicating the tracking number #BIR-227744250280, to respond.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct 20, 2022 02:53:22 AM, your request will be closed.
