Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 05, 2023 07:07:14 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form 2316.

Response to Request

We called your mobile number today, January 9, and apprised you that the filing of your Income Tax Return (AITR) is your personal obligation and not by your employer and you are likewise have to file your Income Tax Return (AITR) using BIR Form 1701 through eBIR Forms (Apps downloadable at the BIR website, www.bir.gov.ph).

Since you are registered under Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 57-Biñan Laguna as professional, you may ask for an assistance with them on how to compute your Income Tax Return (ITR) as well as the penalties incurred for late filing and payment of the same. The office is located at 2/F Umbria Commercial Center, National Road, Tulay Batom, Brgy. San Antonio Biñan City.
