December 6, 2022 Dear Mr. Ong: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 06, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Assessed Assets and Commercial and Industrial Taxes per Barangay in Marawi. Response to your request In reply, please be informed that Section 21.2, Chapter VII (Standard Procedure) of the Freedom of Information Manual (FOI Manual) of the Bureau requires that the reason for or the purpose of the request for information must be specific or adequately and sufficiently described. The FOI Manual expressly provides that the failure to specify the reason for or the purpose of the request for information shall be a ground for denial of the FOI request. Thus, having failed to specify your reason for the request, the same cannot be granted. Moreover, you may inquire from the Local Government of Marawi if they have the data/assessed figures/amount that you are requesting from us. Thank you.
