Thank you for your request dated Mar 17, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Copy of my Income Tax Return.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as ITR for 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15 this year, hence your request is denied..

Also, please be informed also that our office is constrained by rules under Sec.13.4. a, Standard Procedure for FOI Request to wit:” The requesting party shall attach to his or her FOI request the following:
a.	At least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing the photograph and signature of the requesting party. 

For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.
