I would like to clarify if National ID is acceptable for BIR Form 2136? Does RA 11055 and RMC 79-2021 superseded RMC 9-2014?

In reply, please be informed that Philippine Identification (PhilID) Cards shall be accepted as sufficient proof of identity per Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 79-2021.
