I am writing in through this website to request a copy of my BIR 2316 year 2022. This is for the purpose of submitting one of the bank requirement for applying credit card.

Thank you for your request dated Jan 19, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for BIR Form 2316.

Response to your request

Please be informed, that your request for a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for Taxable Year 2022 cannot be granted yet by the Revenue District Office (RDO) of the BIR because the aforesaid Withholding Tax Certificate will be submitted by your Employer to the RDO on or before February 28, 2023. 

It is suggested that you directly request for a copy of your ITR (BIR Form 2316) from your employer as they are primary/original source of such document.  You will be receiving a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for the Taxable Year 2022 from your employer on January 31, 2023.
