I would like to request for my latest Income Tax Return form to be submitted to my employer for verification

I refer to my letter of Oct 06, 2023 01:29:04 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

Please be informed that the result of our verification in our system, you are currently registered as Mixed Income Earner. Kindly clarify what kind of Income Tax Return you are requesting from us? 

For clarifications, you may email sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the email subject ticket number #BIR-249357637003, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 02, 2024 03:24:36 AM, your request will be closed.
