Hi!

I would like to request a copy of the full text of Revenue Regulations No.  13-99 which has the following subject: Exemption of Certain Individuals from the Capital Gains Tax on the Sale, Exchange or Disposition of a Principal Residence under Certain Conditions

If there are any amendments for this revenue issuance, kindly provide them also.

This is to further my research about the transfer of ownership of properties.
