Hi! Can I request a certficate of no income for the scholarship I intended to apply.My mother is far away from me and due to her disability she can't process it, specially now that there is Covid19.Please I really needed to obtain it, in order for me to continue my studies po.Hoping for your response.Stay healthy and happy po!

We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

However, the documentary requirements needed for the Processing of Application for Certificate of Exemption for Scholarship and Job/Livelihood Programs can be viewed here:
