Hi, I have tried to follow up on my tin trasfer since October 2021. Up until now, it has not yet been posted. The RDO to which I was registered said that I still have my open case yet to be cleared at Cebu Reginal BIR Office. But it has already been 4 mos and no progress on my open case to be cleared. I have paid all dues and penalties. I have already been issued a Certificate of No Tax Liability. But my RDO said they still can't transfer my tin bec in the system, I still have an open case. Any update will be much appreciated. thank you
