We called your mobile number today, September 4 and spoke to your brother Justin. We apprised him that your concern/request can be obtained from the Revenue District Office (RDO) 59 - Lipa City, East Batangas since you have an Active business registered with them. You need to update your record as a Mix Income Earner. You need to bring your Original Copy of your Certificate of Registration (COR) BIR Form 2303 and Copy of your Contract of Service from Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to update your status accordingly.
