May I request at your good office an E-copy of my ITR, because of the past typhoons my hard copy of my ITR's are washed up. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Asinas,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 10, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request
You asked for an E-copy of my ITR (income tax return).

Kindly resubmit your request as I have noticed that you were not able to comply with the basic requirements for your eFOI request to be processed.

Please attach your two valid IDs and provide your contact details/information for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned office.

Furthermore, the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

Also, ITR for 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15 next year hence, we can not provide you the same.

Hi Ma'am Ana,

Unfortunately I cannot edit my eFOI portal account, it always says whoops something wrong, I already do a ticket to resolve the problem to comply with the basic requirements for my eFOI request to be processed.

Also May I ask where would I attach the  two valid IDs and contact details/information on the request itself, meaning it can be seen by public on the dashboard?
