Hi, I would like to make a request for a copy of my income tax return. It is one of the requirements for the application of ESC grant for my sister's enrollment this school year.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 21, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Income Tax Report.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as ITR for 2021 has yet to be filed on or before April 15 next year. However, if you have been employed for this year, you may request the BIR Form 2316 from your employer, as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
