Good day! I would like to make a request of the list of small and medium enterprises business in District 5 of Quezon City who paid their taxes this year 2021 for our research study titled, "EFFECTIVENESS OF SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN 5th DISTRICT OF QUEZON CITY" We want to focus our respondents to the business who are responsible for paying their tax in your department. I refer to my letter of Nov 03, 2021 05:44:06 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for List of SMEs in District 5 of Quezon City Paid their tax 2021.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. In particular, it would be helpful if you could provide to us what areas are covered by District 5 of Quezon City as we have our own Revenue District Offices in Quezon City that has each own areas of jurisdiction. Also, what specific taxes that they have paid in 2021 that you would want to know?
May you also comply to the rules set forth in Section 13.4.d of the BIR Revised People’s FOI Manual, which states, to wit:, “ d. If the requesting party is a natural person who is a member employee, affiliated with or related to a juridical entity, company or organization, and the request is made not in behalf of such juridical entity, company of organization but arises from such membership,
affiliation or relation, such other sufficient proof of authority or affiliation; for example, for an employee or member, a copy of the company or organization I.D., or for students, a copy of the valid school I-.D. and written indorsement of the supervising teacher/professor/ instructor.”
