Employer's submission to the BIR of BIR Form 2316 is only after the end of the taxable year. Hence, should you need a copy of it, you may request from your employer to prepare for you your needed document.

Please be informed that we have no record of your employer's submission of your BIR Form 2316 you requested for taxable year 2017.
Certified copy of your BIR Form 2316 for taxable years 2018, 2019, 2020 may now be claimed in our office at BIR RDO16 Building, Cabarroguis, Quirino upon payment of P100.00 Certification Fee and P30.00 documentary stamp tax strip for each of the three available documents you requested. Please bring with you a valid government ID upon claiming the requested documents.
