Hello! In addition to my first request, with tracking code, 865545175874, I'd like a copy of my 2008 and 2011 Income Tax Returns from Honda Cars Kalookan, Inc. and 2016 and 2022 Income Tax Returns from Ocean Aire Hotel Corporation. 

To make it more clear, please see below ITRs that I need:
*2008 and 2011 ITRs from Honda Cars Kalookan, Inc.
*2013 and 2016 ITRs from Midas Hotel & Casino
*2016 and 2022 ITRs from Ocean Aire Hotel Corporation (Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila)

I refer to my letter of Nov 13, 2023 10:44:33 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Copy request of additional ITRs (Bureau of Internal Revenue).

In reply, can you please provide the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of Honda Cars Kaloocan, so we can inquiry from the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your former employer is registered if they still have the records of documents from 2008 to 2011. Considering that the period requested is covered by the retention period of documents in the RDO.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 09, 2024 03:57:35 AM, your request will be closed.
