November 21, 2021 Dear Oliver, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 21, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for an income tax return. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, however, please be informed that our office is constrained by rules under Sec.13.4. a, Standard Procedure for FOI Request to wit:” The requesting party shall attach to his or her FOI request the following: a. At least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing the photograph and signature of the requesting part) As you did not attach two valid IDs with your birthdate and picture as proof of your identity and other contact details, hence your request is denied.
