To whom it may concern,

Good day.
I would like to request for the copies of my Income Tax Return from my previous employer covering the period from June 2015 to January 2023. We are actually issued a copy of ITR each year, however, I was not able to keep all of it.

Previous employment details:
Company: MHI Power Technical Services Corporation
Address: 27th Floor Cybergate Center Tower 3, Pioneer St, Mandaluyong City

I have checked with BIR Mandaluyong RDO41, but I was informed that only year 2022 is available.
