This is in connection with your request for information, with reference number #BIR-261714401652, for the Request for a Tax Confirmation Receipt for Electronically Filed Return/s.

 After careful consideration, taxpayers who have Not Received the “Tax Return Receipt Confirmation (TRRC)” for electronically filed return, may do the following:

1.	Ensure that the electronic mail (email) address used in the submission of the return is correct;
2.	Check the Inbox Including Spam and Junk Folders, as the email confirmation may have been sent to the said folders;
3.	Check email for delayed “Tax Return Receipt Confirmation (TRRC)” on the electronically filed return;
4.	If there is Still No TRRC received after performing the above basic troubleshooting procedure, go to the Revenue District Office (RDO) with proof of eFiling, a screenshot that your return is “Successfully Submitted” or the Submit/Final Copy is clicked and saved may be presented. To verify/validate the filing of the return thru eBIRForms “Tax Return Inquiry Facility”.
