Hi,
I would like to request the following information below:
1. No. of Employees Per Different Levels Per Department  (2012-2023)
2. Turnover of Employees per Different Levels Per Department Y-o-Y (2012-2023)
3. Amount of Actual Collections from RATE Year-on-Year from 2012 to 2023 vs. Cases Filed Y-o-Y
4. Amount of Collections from Oplan Kandado Year-on-Year from 2012 to 2023 per Region
5. Number of closed establishments (from Oplan) Year-on-Year from 2012 to 2023 per Region
6. Number of businesses visited from Broadening the Tax Base Year-on-Year from 2012 to 2023 per Region

Dear Mr. Lat:

I refer to my letter of Jan 25, 2024 09:37:11 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Bureau of Internal Revenue Performance.

In reply, please be informed of the following pursuant to Section 21.2 and 21.3 (d) of Chapter VII-Standard Procedure for efOI Request:

Section 21.2 - the purpose of the request for information shall be specific or adequately and sufficiently described. General averments of the purpose such as for information, research or legal purposes or other similarly worded purposes shall not be considered to have met the requirements of specificity.

Failure to specify the reasons for or purpose of the request for information shall be a ground for denial of the eFOI Request.

Section 21.3 (d) - If the requesting party is a natural person who is a member employee, affiliated with or related to a juridical entity, company or organization and the request is made not in behalf of such juridical entity, company or organization but arises from such membership, affiliation or relation, such other sufficient proof of authority or affiliation.

In this regard, you have to attach scanned copies of the valid school I.D. and written indorsement of the supervising teacher/professor/instructor.
