May I request for a copy of the "Updated" Zonal Value for Tuguegarao City and other municipalities of Cagayan.  I've already visited your website (www.bir.gov.ph) but the current uploaded file is only in the year 2015 when all other provinces has already updated from 2022 to 2023. 

May I please be furnished with a PDF file. Thank you.
