I am Franklin Mira, an accredited real estate salesperson under Cebufirst Realty.

A client approached me and asked for my assistance in the whole process of buying a condominium unit, including the paying of taxes, proceed to the title transfer with the BIR, etc.

The client had already chosen a property to buy described as follows:
