Hi, I would like to request the copy of my ITR for the year 2020. I'll be using it as a requirement for my non-profit organization. Thank you very much!

Dear Mr. Vejano,

I refer to my letter of Oct 27, 2021, 01:07:26 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return Copy Year 2020.

In order for us to work further on your request, kindly provide us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
-What ITR form did you file in 2020? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 19, 2022, 08:50:10 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
