Dear Paolo Dela Cruz,

I refer to my letter of Jun 21, 2021 10:44:21 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return - Form 1701.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. May we know where you filed your ITR and what RDO are you registered with. Also, kindly provide us the Tax Return Receipt Confirmation and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph

Furthermore, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns which were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system,  we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sep 15, 2021 04:47:02 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
