Thank you for your request dated Jun 15, 2021 03:00:31 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your Request
You asked for Requesting for ITR from YR 2014-2019.
Response to Request
Your requested information for the years 2015 and 2017 from your first employer, Accenture, Inc., has been granted. A copy of your requested information was sent to you in the email address provided.
However, we resolve to deny your request for information for the year 2014 since this Office does not have the information you have requested (ITR) since it was only starting 2015 when the employers were required to furnish the BIR with scanned copies of BIR Form No. 2316. Your employer was not required to submit copies of 2316 certificates during the period requested.
Also, your requested information for the years 2016 and 2018 cannot be found in our records.
After careful consideration, however, we resolve to grant your request for information based on the compensation and withholding tax information found in the Alphalist of Employees filed by your first employer for the years 2014-2018. A certification was made on the information gathered for your purpose, a scanned copy of which was sent to you in the email address provided.
With regards to your requested information in relation to your second employer covering the periods 2018-2019, it is the subject of another indorsement since the registration of Infor, PSSC is under RDO 044.
For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.
