Hi I would like to request for the information regarding my ITR for the year 2020-2021

Dear Ms.  JIMENEZ,

I refer to my letter of Nov 11, 2021 09:57:50 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR for the year 2020 to 2021.

In order for us to work further on your request, kindly provide us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
-What ITR form did you file from 2020 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. Furthermore, ITR for 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15 next year, hence we cannot provide you the same.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 04, 2022 02:13:16 AM, your request will be closed.
