Pero i receive money  every month   bigay ng boyfriend  minsan mother.

I have tin Id since i used to work before  din po 
Pero. Nag stop po ako last 2019 pa. So basically  recieving allowance  money lang galing sa boyfriend  at mother. 346504179

You asked for How to get ITR for the first time  no job.

Response to your request

In reply we called your mobile number today, September 5 but to no avail. We would like to apprised you that your concern/request can be obtained from your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy of BIR Form No. 2316 as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as your Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended. 

Requesting ITR for Unemployed is not possible as no taxes was filed under your name.
