You asked for Cost of Land in a Central Business District in Irosin, Sorsogon for 2022.

Dear Ms. Perciano:	
		
This is with reference to your email message dated March 27, 2023, regarding your request for the Cost of Land (Philippine peso per square meter) in Central Business District in Irosin, Sorsogon for 2022.

In order for this Office to accommodate your request, please give us the specific location of your property with Barangay Name/No., Subdivision, Street name if any.

Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located;
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value; and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.

Your right to request a review
