Good day! 

I would like to request a copy of the Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) of ST. JOSEPH VILLAGE HOA, INC. PH. 2 and ST. JOSEPH VILLAGE HOA, INC. PH. I (Rene Dizon et. al Prop) located at Sta. Ana Pampanga. 

The documents requested are essential for the individualization of titles of the abovementioned Community Associations.

Per our phone conversation today, December 12, you were informed that while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance our Office does not have the information you have requested. Since the issuance and/or revalidation of electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration (eCAR) is being done at the Revenue District Office (RDO).

You were highly advised to proceed to RDO No. 21B-South Pampanga located at RDO 21B Bldg., BIR Complex, Sindalan City of San Fernando, Pampanga for proper assistance.
