I am writing to request for transfer of RDO from 028 to 046. I require this document as proof of employment for inclusion in my application to new job application.

It would be appreciated if I could receive a confirmation slip, as they are part of my current requirements.

In reply, you may send your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 together with the scanned copies of your two (2) valid government issued I.D.s at rdo_28css@bir.gov.ph and request for the immediate transfer of your TIN record to the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your residence.
