Dear Sir/Ma'am:

I would like to request a copy of my previous Income Tax Return for year 2015. 

I am solely employed for the whole year of 2015 under Reyes Tacandong & Co. The copy provided to me by RT&Co don't have attached signature of the authorized representative of the company. 

I requested the copy to them now but they said they don't keep Form 2316 of old employees. 

I'll be needing this document to prove my skilled employment experience to skill assessing authority in Australia for my work application process abroad.

Dear Ms. Manio:

I refer to my letter of Feb 08, 2023 04:07:14 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for Copy of my BIR Form 2316.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. May we request for the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of your Employer (Reyes Tacandong and  Co) for us to verify the concerned Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 04, 2023 08:57:03 AM, your request will be closed.
