Good day!
I would like to request a copy of my BIR 2316 Form ( Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax withheld) for the year 2020.
This is because it is one of the requirements needed by my new employer. I already ask my previous employer but they said that it was given to me when I received my last pay, but I think that I lost it. I ask my previous employer if I could ask a copy but my HR told me that he didn't have any copy of those. Is it possible to ask a copy in your office? Thank you
