To whom it may concern:

I am requesting your good agency to provide me a certified true copy for my ITR 2316 for 2018 to 2023. this will be used for immigration for skills assessment in Australia.

my previous employer did not provide me a copy of the ITR 2316.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 23, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for BIR Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

Response to your request

If you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316 for the Calendar Years 2018 to 2023, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of employers.

Kindly bring the Original and Photocopy of your BIR Form No. 2316. You may also asked from your employer copy of the Duly Received “Annex F” which was submitted to the RDO every February 28 of the following year.

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax of Thirty Pesos (P30.00) imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
