Hi ..good day I would like to request a copy of my ITR and 2316 form with information

Dear Ms. Sevillejo,
I refer to my letter of Oct 26, 2021, 12:28:21 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Internal tax refund and form 2316 copies.
In order for us to work further on your request, in particular, it would be helpful to know exactly what you want, is it ITR or BIR form 2316?
To work further on your request, kindly attach two valid IDs as proof of your identity and provide us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as this contains sensitive information:
-What ITR form did you file in 2020?
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online)
Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. Also. ITR form for CY 2021 is yet to be filed next year, hence we cannot provide you the same.
Your employer is asking you for the BIR Form 2316 for the current year for them to do the year-end adjustment. Your new employer will take into consideration your income from previous employment and your tax liability will be based on your total income for the year.
Thus, we would like to advise that you better ask for a copy of your 2316 directly from your employer as they are the main source of such documents. It is also mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 19, 2022, 02:39:12 AM, your request will be closed.
