BIR FORM

Requested from BIR by J. Meim at 09:49 AM on Jan 31, 2022.
Purpose: For employment

Tracking no: #BIR-278269024155

Meim 09:49 AM, Jan 31, 2022

I would like to ask what BIR form should I fill out if I just want to confirm my TIN and my RDO. Also, where should I verify my TIN? My old RDO or new RDO. I just recently transferred my RDO.
