Hi, I just need more clarification as I am not familiar with ITR waiver,
. If I move to another company mid year and I am not able to get an ItR from my previous employeer and my new employeer agreed to just let me sign a waiver. Would that mean I would not be paying tax any longer from whatever I had worked from my previous company and to my new employeer? As I have other fellow batch mates who did not provide an ITR from their previohs employeer and me who provide been paying tax due as the company payroll sucks. They never informed me about it.

Response to your request

In reply, please be informed that your previous employer is required to provide you a copy of your BIR Form No. 2316 for the taxable year/period of your employment to them and shall consider as your Income Tax Return. 

Kindly coordinate with them (previous employer) for a copy of your BIR Form 2316 so that your new employer shall have a basis of your withholding on your payment of taxes.
