I appreciate your response to my queries. Can I ask for an email address under Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 81-Cebu City North. I found an email address online, but I am not sure if it is active. 

I want to request to transfer my RDO here to Pagadian City, but I can't go to Cebu City because it is very far away from my place. I am hoping I can transact online. I would appreciate it if you could advise me on what to do.
