Dear Nino Tiglao,

I refer to my letter of Jun 07, 2022 03:55:35 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR Copy from 2015 to 2019.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. You have indicated in your request that you require a copy of your ITR for taxable periods 01/01/2015 – 05/05/2020 for your Personal loan application. For verification and clarification, kindly provide additional information on the following:

1. Did you have a registered business between the period 01/01/2015 – 05/05/2020? Or were you an individual earning on purely compensation income from the period of 01/01/2015 – 05/05/2020?

2.  If employed, kindly provide the name of your employer and registered address of your Employer for 01/01/2015 – 05/05/2020?

3. Withstanding your answer to the first and second query, did you file an ITR for the cited periods?

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Aug 30, 2022 08:37:57 AM, your request will be closed.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 07, 2022 03:55:35 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for ITR Copy from 2015 to 2019.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have ITR Copy from 2015-2019 the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact your company to provide you a copy of your Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld For Compensation Payment With or Without Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2316) from 2015-2019 because based on the Internal Revenue Integrated System (IRIS) and Integrated Tax System (ITS) you are classified as local employee and didn't able to file ITRs for those said period.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Sairen Khay Balatbat and sairen.khay.balatbat@bir.gov.ph.
