Response to your request

In reply, if your TIN is duly registered at Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 56-Calamba Laguna, you may send your duly accomplished BIR Form No. 1905 and scanned copies of your two (2) government issued I.D.s at rdo_56css@bir.gov.ph and request that your TIN record be transferred to the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your residence.
