Hi! I would like to ask copy of RMc 43-91 to get more info about RMC 34-91.

RMC No. 43-91	Clarification of Revenue Memorandum Circular Nos. 15-91 and 34-91 and Revenue Audit Memorandum Order No. 2-91.

Also would like to ask if RMC 34-91 is also applicable to other forms of transfer of real property such as donation. Thank you
