Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 25, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Request for Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2013 to 2014.

Response to your request

We resolve to deny your request as to the following information, because upon coordination with the concerned office (LT Document Processing and Quality Assurance Division (LTDPQAD) - where JGC Philippines is registered) does not have the information you have requested (Wala po kasing records and LTDPQAD beyong 2015).

Since it was only starting 2015 when the employers were required to furnish the BIR with scanned copies of BIR Form No. 2316.  Your employer was not required to submit copies of 2316 certificates during the period requested.
