Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 23, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request
You asked for BIR 2316 or ITR.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since your ITR for 2021 as well as your 2316 has not yet been filed as filing of the said ITR  will be on or before April 15 next year. 

Furthermore, please be informed that your BIR Form 2316 should have been issued to you by your previous employer, If there is any, as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
