Hi,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a copy of my Income Tax Return (ITR) for the financial year 2022-2023.

My name is Ritchie S. Bolanio , and my tax identification number is 941-140-388. I am in need of a copy of my ITR for my daughter's registration for University of Southern Eastern Philippines (USEP) admission test.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR at the earliest convenience.

Dear Mr. Bolanio:

I refer to my letter of Oct 17, 2023 12:53:30 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request letter Of Income Tax Retun (ITR) and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, we called your mobile number to clarify your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful. 

Kindly inform us if you have a registered business from the period of 2022 to 2023? Or were you an employee (earning purely compensation income) from the period of 2022 to 2023?
