Hi! I would like to request for the copies of the following:
BIR revenue issuances from 1998 to 2000
a. Revenue Regulations
b. Revenue Memorandum Orders
c. Revenue Memorandum Circular

The purpose is for research and development, to create materials to be used to provide free tax literacy program in the Philippines.
