Hi my name is Jomar A. Llacer from Comembo, Makati City with TIN ID # 423-658-237-000. I am sending this request to ask help and approval from BIR to transfer my RDO code from 126 (Quezon City) to 044 (BGC, Taguig). This is in relation with my latest company that is located in Taguig. I'm hoping for your kind consideration, especially at this pandemic period that I can get this done via this online request.

You may send your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and your two (2) government issued identification cards (I.Ds) at the email address of Revenue District Office No. 47-East Makati (rdo_47css@bir.gov.ph) and request for your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) transfer to the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your residence, per Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 37-2019.
