In reply, Region IVA (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Quezon) is quite a big area. You can view the said information at the following link https://www.bir.gov.ph/index.php/zonal-values.html and look specifically at the following Revenue Regions: Revenue Region 9A - CABAMIRO (Cavite-Batangas-Mindoro-Romblon) and Revenue Region 9B - LAQUEMAR (Laguna-Quezon-Marinduque).
